PETS furever TM and Wagworld, the registered brand endeavours to use high-quality and durable fabrics wherever possible, however, we cannot guarantee any of our products against animal behaviour for example biting, chewing or scratching. Products must always be used under supervision.
Unfortunately, we do not customize any of our products due the impact it has on our production line. We try
to make products suitable for the whole fur-family.
One of the things that sets Wagworld apart is the filling we use in our pillows. The fabric offers great support and insulation against cold, but unfortunately the filling is not washable. We recommend using an odour remover to clean it and allow sufficient time to air dry out in the sun to ensure it does not get moldy due to moisture.
All our product parts like covers, inner cushions and outer bolsters are available to be purchased separately.
Retailers do not keep these in stock but are able to order it in for you. Please contact your local Wagworld
stockist and ask them to order it for you. Alternatively, email our team at email@example.com for assistance with this request.
The filling we use in our pillows does compress after a while, but it will not go completely flat. We recommend a regular good shaking to keep the filling loose to ensure your bed retains its shape. You can also purchase a replacement inner cushion separately if needed.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we might be able to repair the bed. Please contact us with more details at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs to determine if the product are fixable.
