Unfortunately, we do not customize any of our products due the impact it has on our production line. We try
to make products suitable for the whole fur-family.

One of the things that sets Wagworld apart is the filling we use in our pillows. The recycled, shredded fabric
offers great support and insulation against cold, but unfortunately the filling is not washable. We recommend
using an odour remover to clean it.

All our product parts like covers, inner cushions and outer bolsters are available to be purchased separately.
Retailers do not keep these in stock but are able to order it in for you. Please contact your local Wagworld
stockist and ask them to order it for you.

The filling we use in our pillows does compress after a while, but it will not go completely flat. We recommend a regular good shaking to keep the filling loose to ensure your bed retains its shape. You can also purchase a replacement inner cushion separately if needed.

Please see the measurements on our Nookie Bag page, please keep in mind that your pet needs to be able to crawl in and turn around. If in doubt, rather get the large size.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we might be able to repair it if you can bring the product in to our factory in Maitland. Please contact us beforehand for further details.
