Upon delivery, all merchandise must be counted and checked for damage before signing the delivery note provided by delivery person. If a bag is damaged, please open the bag to see if any of the products are damaged before the delivery person departs your premises. If there are any damage or short deliveries, please make a note of it on the delivery note before handing it back to the delivery person. Please ask staff members to take a photo of damaged bag or product and email it to [email protected] or send it by WhatsApp to your sales representative immediately. All stock must be checked within 48 hours after being received. Please ensure that all your staff members are aware of this policy, and that any faulty deliveries, incorrect invoicing or damaged stock must be reported to Wagworld office on 021-448 5445 or [email protected] within 48 hours after delivery in order for us to correct this. Damaged products reported after 48 hours will be viewed as damaged in the store and will not be accepted back. Please do not contact the distribution company directly; they will not be able to assist

Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
